Veganes Dattelbrot

Vegan date bread

Ingredients (for one large or two smaller loaves)
500g flour
2 sachets of dry yeast
350 ml water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Date syrup
100g Date flakes

Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add water and oil. Knead for approx. 5-8 minutes (in a food processor or by hand).

Leave to rise in the bowl for 45 minutes. Then knead again, divide into portions if necessary and leave to rise again on the tray for 25 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until the loaves are golden brown. Allow to cool and then enjoy.
