50g oat flakes
2 tbsp quinoa pop
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp Date flakes
1 tbsp coconut chips
1 tbsp linseed
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
2 tbsp Golden date sweet
Fruits of your choice
We used pineapple, banana and blueberries.
