Baked Oats

Ingredients
50g oat flakes
20g chopped pistachios
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp ground linseed
1 tbsp Golden date sweet
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
10 ml plant-based milk of your choice (e.g. oat, almond, coconut)
100g frozen or fresh berries
Decoration: pistachio cream, chopped pistachios

Preparation
Mash the ripe banana and mix with all the other ingredients.

Fill into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.

Decorate with the pistachio cream and chopped pistachios.
